OT: But slightly humorous

I've been having problems with my E90, making a rumbling noise on the Highway from the front right. I thought it sounded like a bearing ... but I'm no expert. My k's are only 22k, so it was a bit low for a bearing. I was gonna leave it but the new car is still 2 months away and it was annoying me.

I took it in to get it looked at under Warranty, I thought the work report was kinda humorous ...

- Took car for test drive
- Noise sounds like tires noise
- Replaced front right bearing
- Took car for another drive
- Noise gone

So there you go, replacing bearings fixes tire noise. Excellent !! Still all fixed ... gotta love the BMW Warranty. So the wait for my new car goes on.

"Sir it sounded like tire noise, so obviously the correct course of action was to replace the glove box lid."

Great to hear they fixed it on the first try.
