ContiComfortKit Leak?

I just received the ContiComfortKit. I went to use it today as a pump only and there seems to be air leaking from the threads of the valve stem to the pump. This happens on all four tires. It seems like that a signifcant amount of air is leaking out. I'm afraid if I ever have to use it with the sealant that the sealant will leak out as well. Is this normal or is my pump defective?

Sounds defective or that your hose attachments/crimps are loose.
