18' VMR VB3 fitment with stock RFT
Hi,
I'm thinking of getting VB3 and still want to keep stock RFT tires since its still brand new ! would it be possible to fit that tires, if it is would it look bad like 4x4 ? Also, what would be a best color for jet black ? TK |

You can run the factory 18" RFTs on the 18x8.5 ET45 and 18x9.5 ET50 staggered setup.
I recommend Super Silver unless you have a more aggressive look with matte black or gloss black front grills and badges. |

I just installed a set of VB3s on my stock RFT last week and they fit fine and look good, at least to me. I actually had a problem with my rears, as the shop I took them to for the swap botched the job and they weren't holding air. But, like I said, I'm sure that had more to do with the tire shop, not the VB3s.

OE RFT's are perfectly fine with our wheels. For a Jet Black, I personally like Hyper Silver to bring out the wheels more.

Thanks guys !!! I used to like hyper silver, but my mind is leaning towards blackout ~ lol Gunmetal is my first choice ! Also, I'm going to lower my car with BMW performance suspension, so I guess dark color wheels will help stance a bit~
(I think just the stock sports package 135i have ground clearance issue... I been driving this car for two days and a lot of time I felt that...lol) btw, where can I hook up great deal ? TK Last edited by kimtiki; 01-28-2011 at 07:35 PM.. |
