Trying to decide what to do? Need Help!!
I recently just got an Alpine White 128i for my birthday last week. I need some wheels bad!! Im trying to keep the stock 17"s on considering my parents purchased the tire and wheel warranty. Ive been looking at the Bremmer Kraft BR05's in black but i just needed another opinion. Ive been having doubts that it just isnt going to look that good. HELP me please!! Thanks!!

Keep the stock wheels, Bremmer Kraft wheels are cheap wheels, OEM is best if you are on a tight budget.

I would say your best bet is to keep stock. you could prob find a set of take offs cheaper than new.
Also you mentioned that you have TIRE and WHEEL protection.. Those plans only cover OEM wheels, as well as the OEM tires that you already spoke about.

I run BremmerKrafts as summer wheels, and not only do they look better than OEM, I've never had any issues with them bending. My stock rims bend if i drive within 3 feet of a pothole. They may be cheap wheels but they hold up better then OEM. The OP may have the wheel and tire coverage, but time is money and its better to have rims that are less prone to bending then have to go to the dealership to get a new rim or tire, even if its covered under a warranty.

My parents said that I can get some wheels and tires but I have to buy them. They are going to try and cancel the warranty. But if they can't they said it's no big deal I just have to buy the wheels and tires on my own.
What would you recommend?? The GTS-R, BremmerKraft, or anything you guys have in mind. I'm looking to get black. |

Alufelgen CS7s will always look good and hold up. I daily'd and tracked them with zero problems. I sold them and now I regret it, I'm looking for another set. Skip bremmer and breyton and all those other shitty wheels.

Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec's and Yokohama AD08s both are awesome high performance tires and I've used both of them (AD08s on track are a lot of fun). I also had Hankook Ventus V12's on the Alufelgens I used to have and I used them on track too. Not as good of performance, but they are also a lot less expensive than Yokohamas.
AD08s tend to run pretty wide though, and 245 square was a solid setup for me. |
