Do the interior panels (door and rear) swap between e82 and e88?
Front side panels yes.
Rears? I will let you know later when I get home. I will take a look inside my parent's E88 and compare it to my E82
Great, thank you! I assumed the fronts we're the same but wanted clarification on the rears. I appreciate you checking
I doubt the rest will be the same, but I took a photo of my convertible. Perhaps it will help you to compare.
Thanks! I didn't realize it would be such a drastic difference. Those panels on the coupe and convertible are different in almost every way possible haha so much for wanting to use the Revozport carbon panels
Yeah. I just checked. Same interior color as above too!

Very different. I was surprised myself.

It's been two weeks with the car and I absolutely love it. Certainly looking back at it every time I walk away. Springs on, front bumper and spoiler are in with the rear bumper and vinyl wrap on order. Just trying to figure out wheels. I can't wait to see it change to be what I've been envisioning for it the last couple years

All these beauty pics just remind me how good our cars look

And, is it just me, or do your front wheels have a good bit of camber over stock?

Unless I'm misunderstanding, with the alignment pins in, I shouldn't have much adjustability for camber from the factory. I haven't done an alignment yet after the spring install. Was going to wait until tires

Got two BMW coolant concentrates in order to replace the coolant fluid on Saturday (i already have a 3rd bottle).

Also got a 1/4" and 1/2" tool kit with numerous spanners and bits, along with a 1/2" 7mm allen. Basically i am covering my ass incase i need any small fixes/repairs or even replace the front pads when going to my first track day. Only thing missing is a jack, could not find a proper scissor jack.

This trip of mind is becoming more expensive, heck the helmet will cost another €500 or so, but i keep telling myself, it is always costing a bit more when you first start, later down the road you will not worry about these things and focus on fuel and track time only.

Got word back from Revozport on whether they would do the carbon and alcantara rear panels for the E88.

They will, with you sending them your panels and $2k. So just in case someone wanted to know, they will do it. Not for me this year but I'm glad the option is there

What about the rear? I was looking at their sway bar kit for the 125i.

At least here in Germany they supply them with what appears to by poly bushings for €299 and "designed to work with Bilstein B-12 pro kit" under description.

They are the same size as the M3 ones correct? 28mm fronts and 15 mm rear if i am not mistaken.

Same! haha it'll take a few weeks to wrap it all up in my spare time. Although I'm assuming it's going to be very easy to wrap the E88. Hopefully I'll have wheels and some other stuff on the way to put it'll together at the same time

So I got my VRSF Chargepipe in the mail today. I was inspecting it, but gotta be honest, not 100% happy with what I'm seeing here. Is this normal?

Got my end links yesterday and immediately installed everything in under an hour. This was soooo easy!

Initial impressions are excellent; the car feels more eager, much more stable at speed, and the turn-in is much better. So far, I have no complaints, the ride quality actually seems to have improved a bit...

My c-pe chargepipe looks the same. As long as the exterior welds look good then those small imperfections will be fine.

I recently moved to the Eibach front bar as well and agree with everything you said. Picked it up used for cheap as well.

Got mine brand new for $160 from Bimmerworld, FWIW...

I can't wait to get back in the car and drive it more. Sitting at desks all day when it's out in the lot with a new mod is just gut-wrenching.
