Alpha Trion From what I've read all CF bonnets (hoods) need pins on our cars. If you're going to be spending this sort of money on the hood, it's worth spending a little extra to get aerocatch fasteners.
The bonnet is available new here: http://seiboncarbon.com.au/bm-style-...82-2dr-hb.html And (according to people who've been pinged with defect notices) no CF bonnets are street legal, you'd need to get an engineers certificate issued for your car after the modification for it to be legal. Which is a shame, because it would look very sexy in raw CF: I read somewhere someone got a quote for painting and fitment including aerocatch for $700. ... which makes it expensive... basically $2k for a "powerdome" and a couple of vents. |

Thanks for the info xQx appreciate it mate, if i get one i still want it painted i was trying to find one in fibreglass to get the look with out the price tag but impossible
