This may work with an n55 too. How difficult was install? Their website mentions a change in intake design for cars built after 4/09 that requires an adaptor, is that what you have?

I had this installed by Alex@supremepower at the same time as my DP. My car was an '08, so I'm not sure about the adapter. I recall that the whole job took about 4 hours, but he had done a bunch of these installs for local members, so no learning curve.

To my knowledge, Helix made only one intercooler for the N54/N55 motors. The difference was that the N55 version came with a J pipe adapter that this one does not have.
