JK135's departure for new adventures
Hey ya'll, just wanted to say JK135, aka Justin, has left Europe and that I'll miss his contributions to our great community. Looking back in my photos I see his "serious" mug everywhere, from Stelvio Pass 1.0 to BMW Welt meetings to 1erForum meetings to multiple trips to the 'ring.
JK, I just wanted to say thanks and best of luck in your future endeavors and don't forget your 1Addict friends here in Europe. Here are some photos of JK135 in action supporting our great community of BMW 1series enthusiasts. If you have others, post away....

Cool thread Rick! I was just thinking about Justin today and his trip back to the states. We will all miss him.
I will remember Justin is this Kommissar Russian uniform on our Stelvio trip. Normally, three years is a "tour" over here - Marco. Unless your a civilian and then its five years(max). Some of us have been lucky to stay here longer. Where there is a will there is a way. Sometimes.

And the new rules state you have to move back to the US for TWO years to reset the 5-year clock, where before it was only one year.

Thanks for the thread Rick. It has been a pleasure getting to know everyone at car shows and Ring trips. I should be picking my car up this week and its time to begin terrorizing the streets of 'Merica!! If anyone is ever in my neck of the woods and needs a place to crash for the night my door is always open. Even though I am back in the states I will still be checking the European section and letting you guys know what kind of shenanigans I have been getting into. The European section undoubtably has the best camaraderie amongst its members and that will never go away even when people move to different parts of the world. Thanks again for all the fun adventures and I'll be on the look out for pics and vids from the big summer trip for 2013 you guys have been planning.

Rick, He's in Jacksonville doing Reserve and also working on base. His car popped a hole in cylinder 5 and has been on the disabled list all year. Last I spoke to him his car is going to a pro shop to get the engine diagnosed, rebuilt for a possible ST conversion.
