Is New Century BMW Mod Friendly?

Has anyone taken their car in for service at New Century BMW with mods? My 15k miles maintenance is due, and I wonder if I could leave my RR intake in the car. I'm gonna take out the JB3, but the intake takes a bit more time to revert back to stock (installing that stupid stock bracket for the power steering reservoir) and my home is undergoing remodeling, the garage is full of crap right now...

Any comments?
