Who got their 1-series at Center BMW Sherman Oaks?

My rear center brake light has the infamous crack on the lens. Anyone here has had the brake light replaced by Center BMW? Did they do a good job without further damaging the trunk? Thanks

I have been to Center BMW for service work. They are CRAP!!! Go see Tommy Hall @ Century West BMW in North Hollywood.

I would go into details, but it's early and I don't want to write up too much.

Yea I've been to them a few times and they haven't been able to fix my problem either. But I bought my car there so that's why I keep coming back for warraty service. Can I take my car to any dealer for warranty? I don't think other dealers would give me a loaner car though

I don't know if you remember, but I picked my car up from Center in sherman oaks too.. just about the same time you did. I haven't brought my car anywhere for any type of maintenance or warranty yet though.. However, its been about a year since ive owned my car so its due for some checkups.. only 2300 miles though :T Have you been taking your car to center for oil change and schedule maintenance? Let me know where you go to get your work done as Ill be taking my car somewhere soon and could use the recommendation
