Calgary BMW
I dealt with Woody Woo at Calgary BMW. Overall best experience I had at a dealership.. start to finish. I did a lot of cross shopping (Audi, Subaru, VW, Infiniti) before fully decided on a 135. Many dealerships wouldn't give me the time of day as a result of my age.
Woody gave me the benefit of the doubt, answered countless emails at all times of the night, and definitely looked after me from start to finish. He made the whole experience fun and interesting. The service and financial staff were also a pleasure to deal with. BMW Gallery is their competitor here in Calgary, and I never even received calls back from them. Glad I went with Calgary BMW.

That's great to hear. I've been talking to Grant Yooun and have received similar excellent treatment. I wish they still had 08's available to order... guess I'm waiting for 09's.
Erich edit: BTW, Gallery is not so much a competitor as I believe it's the same owner. |
