Classic BMW - Plano
Two HUGE thumbs up to Classic BMW.
I took my car in the have the trunk lid repaired where they scratched the paint while install the CF spoiler. They gave me a 328 to drive for the week that they had my car, which was great. Then when I went to pick up my car, both my CA and SA were waiting to greet me at the door and both went over the car with me to make sure everything was to my liking. They did a great job fixing the trunk and also a rock chip in the front bumper. It looks flawless now. While I was there had serveral other CA and SA ask if I was being treated right. All in all the best service I have ever had from a dealer.

Yup, service there was really good when I needed to get my car fixed. However, the buying process was a pain in the ass for me. I forget what SA/CA is, but the guy sold me the car car wasn't too cool.

Ditto. That's where I got mine. I think they have the best mechanics and performance techs in DFW area. Sean Markey, a super bright guy, is one of the service performance advisors there, and he's an especially great fellow to talk with about fine-tuning your 1.
Bonus 1: Classic does indeed serve up kick-butt loaners while your car is being serviced; they gave me a 335i that knocked my socks off (and really did sell me on the idea of getting a BMW instead of another Porsche). Bonus 2: Mooch great snacks in their lounge. Get there before noon and try the muffins!
