MHD Logs. Healthy?
Did my first logs. Looking for help interpreting results. I've read excessive or consistent cylinder corrections indicate an overly aggressive tune. I'm 100% stock other than the tune. Car pulls really well in stage 0 and stage 1. My butt doesn't detect any issues. But the logs look like there is consistent cyl timing corrections. Pulls are in 3rd gear from 2000 rpm.
Am I safe? Should I do plugs and coils to be safe? Log1 MHD Stage 0 https://datazap.me/u/mahlzeit/log-16...-9-10-11-21-25 Log2 MHD Stage 1 91 Oct https://datazap.me/u/mahlzeit/log-16...-9-10-11-21-25 Thanks in advance! Stage 0 is basically the stock tune. I have always seen timing corrections on all maps, experimented with many off the shelf maps (Stage 1, stage 2, multiple versions since MHD lets you pick) and now I run a custom tune which also sees timing corrections, especially immediately post shift. It does this even if I throw in a couple gallons of 100 octane race gas. So, I have come to the conclusion that small timing corrections are common, unavoidable and normal. Now I just send it. Track day after track day. Lap after lap. 17-18psi in the midrange, 3-5 degree tapering corrections on a couple cylinders after most shifts.
Happy motoring!
