Lighting Gremlins on 2009 135i

Guys,
I posted before with some angel eye issues which are still unresolved. Here is the history:
driver side angel eyes went out, all other lights worked except adaptive lights, bulbs are all good as switched side to side worked, replaced the ballast on driver side with no luck, now passenger side headlight is not working, bulb is good, no high beams either. High beam indicator comes on in dash but high beam lights don't come on. Any ideas? I have not checked fuses yet but am thinking either lighting control module for footwell module only because both driver and passenger side are now affected. Appreciate any input/suggestions. TIA.

Doug

Update

Still no lights and haven't had much time to do more troubleshooting but wanted to share that I have 3 error codes, CCID 121, 295, and 378. All 3 seem to originate at the FRM footwell module based on the following link:https://www.endtuning.com/ccidcodes/
Am I on to something? Thanks.
