Forgot to mention - Trades happen quite often with the 261's. People who either mess up a rim, are going back to stock, or just want original BMW goodies will shell out for the 261's. I made an almost even swap for my 261's to a nice set of AG M310's. Of course there's the mount/balance fees on top but that's implied.

It's unlikely that you'll get a trade for 313's from 261's but you might get some VMR's or similar style for your 261's. I haven't heard of that site before but someone else might, make a thread, I bet Dackelone owns it or something, DACK KNOWS ALL

You don't need another site to post pics, you can use the "attach files" box when you're replying or making a new thread to upload photos. I've attached a pic of the aforementioned box to this post lol

You might be able to find a used set if you keep a look out. Check the "For Sale / Want-to-buy / For Trade" section often. You could even start a thread there wanting to trade or buy.

I really like the sound. Not raspy, kind of like a deep rumble, its very subjective to describe car sounds IMO... soon will install the AA headers @ 3IM ...

You're going to want to get one, the stock CP's are known to fail on stock boost levels. With increased boost you're risking a nasty pop! I had a stock one fail on stock tune, got the CP-e charge pipe and run that with my JB4 on Map 5 with zero issues for a year now.

I still have my 2011 135i, but today I picked up a Space Grey 2012 135i CPO from BMW of Escondido. Slightly more mileage, 37k VS 35k on my 2011, but it has all of the packages I wanted as well as DCT. Overall I'm extremely happy. I think DCT is a much better match for the chassis and engine, and my new one also has PPK1!

Today I installed the MHD Stage 1 93 octane map. Here's a VirtualDyno graph comparing Stock PPK1 to MHD 93 octane Stage 1...

Biggest thing is the slightly richer AFR made all my timing corrections go away

Congrats tock172! Hope you got a good deal. Yeah, I like the DCT as well. How are you liking the pops and crackles of PPK? You can add the PE if you want it deeper with more volume.

Thanks! I'm glad to say I negotiated a very fair deal which I'm quite pleased with. The added exhaust noise from the PPK is incredible. I gave it few revs in neutral before I put the car in the garage for the night, and may have awoken some neighbors.

I've already swapped most of my important things over to the new car. Friday I'll have my 225/255 PSS put on the 2012 as well. I've got a lengthy to-do list of stuff, but I'm enjoying all of it!
