Big Willow Track Day
A couple of us attended the recent track day at Willow Springs International. Here's my ride at the Start/Finish.
Shout outs to my sponsors, aFe Power for all their great intake and exhaust products, Yokohama for their amazing Advan Neova AD08s, StarShield Armor for their crystal clear paint protection film, and SleK for the extra downforce their quality carbon fiber front splitter provided. Mod List Attached. Last edited by RWolf10; 01-11-2012 at 02:34 AM.. |

for my first time on a track, my instructor said i did damn well! i have silky smooth turns and throttle control. apparently its really hard to teach a student to not go balls to the wall on their first go. average lap times were 1.49 with a best lap time of 1.47 and a top speed of about 135-140mph...couldn't tell exact needle point cuz i was focusing more on the fast approaching turn... |

how'd the ccw's hold up on the track?
Think they are more form over function or did they give you a good amount of control? I'm contemplating either Apex ARC-8s for function...or some VMR's for a more form setup |
