abs module

Looks like I need a new ABS module and pump for the 128i. Used can be had for cheap compared to the stroke inducing quote from the dealer for new. Ques: can a used one be programmed and who would be able to do it and how long should it take for them to do so?

I replaced the faulty one on a mini cooper, went with a used one and did not require any programming...it was already programmed for the exact model... it's not vin specific.
