128i fcp euro tensioner pin stuck

Hey addicts. I'm new here but we'll known on E46Fanatics. Can someone tell me how to remove the pin from fcp euro serpentine belt tensioner. I been working on bmw 15 years I would say I'm a good mechanic. Using fcp euro video as guide. He turns the tensioner slightly and pin pulls out. I'm using correct torx bit metal in pulley way too soft. Using vice grips pulling as hard as I can pin won't budge. Fcp needs to fix this problem. Bolt is TTY so now I'm screwed. Thanks in advance for help.

Ok its out. Really tight vice grips twisting pin while using breaker bar to release belt tension slightly. I'll gladly use my old school method of holding breaker bar tensioner loose while slipping belt on. I read the pins are too soft now. Fcp euro needs to fix it. It looked bent right out of the box. Saw special tool in Bentley E90 book. Anyway this is wife's 2013 128i. 120K miles. Hope to have some good feedback here. Chat atcha later!
