N52 Vacuum hose dimensions?

Does anyone know the dimensions of the vacuum line that the exhaust flap taps into? Saves me having to destroy the brittle line to measure. Part number: 34336769623 I don't fancy paying almost £50 from BMW and want to remake it

To remove the rubber hose attaching to the engine side vacuum pump (you should it gets brittle and has a nylon connector inside it), take the aux belt off the tensioner and remove the alternator (after disconnecting battery)
