128 manual gearbox and diff capasity

Can anyone tell me the amount of oil my 128i's six speed and diff takes?
I've seen amounts ranging from 1qt to a gallon.

Side question: Has anyone used the febi bilstien fluid? Is it good/better than redline?

Per Bentley:

Trans: 1.3 liter (1.4 wt)
Diff: 1 liter (1.05 qt) fluid change, 1.4 liter (1.5 qt) new/rebuilt

I have the E9x 3-series version. It'll get you 95% of the way there.
