Yellow Brake Light/Dashboard Flickering

I wasn't sure where to post this so feel free to move it to the appropriate forum.

I hit a pothole, left rear tire was damaged, after it was replaced with a cheap Chinese tire and drove around in it a bit my cars headlights/dash turned off and on while on the freeway and gauges reset and froze. No MPH/RPM or Oil Temp.

I have a yellow "brake" icon and the "!" with the circle around it now with a message saying that my assisted braking is not working. I am thinking this is the cause of one of the problems? the mismatched tires.

but why would my gauges freeze and my headlights turn on and off? i scanned my car and i got a few errors.
