Engine Overheat

Hey, I have a strange problem with my 2011 135i, the engine overheats.
I've done the usual with those engine : water pump + thermostat and bled the whole thing after replacement.

The strange thing is, it only overheats when my ventilation is cold on both sides, when the hvac is on hot, theres no problem, the water pump runs at 150 rpm and the engine stays under 105 degres celcius, but as soon as I put the HVAC on cold, again, on the passenger AND driver side, the pump falls to around 43 rpm and the engine starts to overheat.

Anyone has any idea why the pump would drop down like that?

Thank you.
