E88 - Wont Start, Wipers going, multiple errors

My 2008 128i Conv E88 wont start. The dash lights up with airbag, transmission, tire sensor etc. Aircon, heated seats, Windows all dead. Lights, Head unit and door locks work but truck lock doesn't. It did this intermittently, but now its all the time. New Battery coded by BMW dealer fully charged. I checked the FRM and Central Junction units and they don't look like any water has been near them. I have some coming from Ebay to swap out but wonder if anyone has any other ideas. Lots of codes.
