Head unit not receiving acc power

I recently purchased a 125i e82 2009 and wanted add a new headunit so I could have carplay, Bluetooth ect.

I have the qaudlock to iso adapter but head unit doesn't receive 12v on the ACC wire when then car is turned on, when I attach the stock headunit it does.

The headunit I purchased is the eonon x3

Is this due to the canbus not being connected to anything or maybe the fibre cable? Is there any adapter to get this running or do I need to run an ACC wire from somewhere else? Thanks
