What to look for in logs?

Background:
I'm stock except for a DCI and MHD stage 1 tune. 2008 E88 135i N54.
Because it's winter here in Australia and the average ambient temps are around 10-15 degrees Celsius (50-60F), i decided to flash MHD Stage 1+ without a supporting FMIC upgrade.
Then i started to wonder if this is detrimental or what i should be looking for scientifically other than feeling that my car is 'faster'.

What i'm logging:
I haven't committed to buying the MHD logging module yet (because it's over $A100 and i'm a cheapskate, and had Torque Pro logger already).

Using Torque Pro i'm monitoring key things (that are available) including:
  • RPM
    Engine Load
    Throttle position
    Intake air temp
    Ambient air temp
    Coolant temp
    Cat temps
    STFT and LTFT (both banks)
    Fuel rail pressure
    AFR measure
    AFR commanded (targetted?)
    Timing Advance
Manifold pressure (though it's inaccurate, at least it's relatively inaccurate if that makes sense)

Now what to look for?

This is what i'm watching for specifically:

Is the car leaning out or pulling timing at high loads?
i.e.
During higher RPM and higher engine load and higher boost, what do the following look like:
* STFT - are they excessively positive?
* AFR measure - is it way off 14.xx?
* Is timing advance going negative (i.e. retardation)?
* Are intake and coolant temps excessive? (i haven't seen intake temps rise by more than around 15 degrees C/60F)
* What are the fuel pressures like relative to others?

Is the above a reasonable starting point in understanding how everything is running? Yes the logs are limited because Torque Pro can't compare to MHD for functionality, but it cost around $5-10 from memory and works on all makes/models.
What else should i be looking for?

Logs
Unfortunately with COVID19 i dont have the best chance to do pulls, just daily driving (which is all my car is used for).

Sample log here:

Stock map.

Nothing in this log seems concerning to me. Max timing retardation seems to be 9 degrees. AFRs seem ok

Stage 1+
https://datazap.me/u/edrift/mhd-stag...3&zoom=450-466
There was a timing retardation of 17.5 degrees. This is a worry to me. I want to do some more pulls on this map to see if i can reproduce it.
