Er chargepipe

For you guys with ER chargepipe. Does it have the clip for attaching to fan shroud? Was hard to tell from pictures.

Show me a picture of what you're asking for. Mine has a flange to secure the front of the pipe but I don't remember what the bolt passes through.

has bracket for stock mounting location.

I think mine only has the stock bracket in the middle.

Same the only bracket is holding onto the car....nothing like fan shroud, unless you are talking about the intercooler pipe which is closest to the fan shroud. Of course it connects to the throttle body with the metal C-clip and o-ring...which btw goes bad over time and need to be replaced.
