I can confirm that #13 will not fit as it is the wrong length. If you are lowered, the stock toe arm may also be too short to get the toe you want. An adjustable link with a turnbuckle type adjustment is probably your best bet.

Although they are kind of pricey, I am about to go with these:

as a move toward spherical bearings everywhere.

Although the two upper arms are in theory adjustable:

they are intended to be set to the length of the corresponding OE arms and not adjusted from there. See for example this excerpt:

My car has moved from mostly track to only track. I consider the M-equivalent bushings it has all around now to be a good compromize for mostly track but want to get rid of any compliance I can for only track. So, not a quality issue, just a refinement of purpose.
