TPMS when changing rims

I wanna change my rims, but not sure if it will affect the TPMS... will the people who mount the rims be able to deal with the TPMS?

They should. Any reputable shop will be experienced in this. Call them and ask.

Any reputable wheel/tire shop should have the experience swapping out the TPMS for you.

In Australia (assuming that's the Melbourne you are in) you probably don't have TPMS with in-tyre sensors, this is typically used in the US only. If you have flexible rubber valve stems instead of rigid aluminium ones, then you have FTM (Flat Tyre Monitor) that just uses the wheel speed sensors used by the ABS, DSC, etc., nothing on or in the wheels.

Correct, no TPMS on Canadian cars, FTM only.

Sadly, as a Canadian owner, you got ripped off to the tune of $80 plus tax.
