n54 throttle closure and boost over target.

I took the above log tonight when it was wet out so one of the throttle cuts is me slightly letting off throttle but the first one is due to load over target causing it to overboost by 1 psi.

I have been messing around with my WGDC base and PID tables and have gotten the throttle closures down but i'm still running into it. Does anyone have any recommendations on what i should try next to get my load and boost to not go over my target. How can I better fine tune my WGDC.

Chop base by 10% and go from there.
Don't adjust 2 things at once. One at a time or you'll not know which worked.
