Tom's e87
Introducing my 2009 120d, which was bought earlier this year. Have done a number of both minor and major things to it since and have only just recently decided to build a thread.
Here are just some pictures i took when i initially bought it.

First mod, which I'm sure most people also do, is change the kidney grills from chrome to a matte black. These were just sourced from ebay for around 70$ and immediately added a more aggressive and stealth look toward the car.

The next minor modification was the installation of LED in the interior to replace the stock "yellowish" halogens. These were order from Precisionled.com, were a bit pricey but came with a tool kit which helped very much. Decided to go with more of a cool blue colour rather than white. |

1M Front Bumper conversion
Finally convinced my rents (LOLLL) to let me splash my cash on this bumper. Struggled to fit in the hatch but was well worth it. This made such a massive difference to the car and automatically turned heads. I forgot to get the washer covers installed , and as for the fog lights I'm not a big fan of chrome , which is what the trimming of the fog lights were so i didn't include them. |

I'm thinking of doing that next instead of a bonnet/bumper respray. For now i've just installed carbon splitters. Did you purchase the bumper from Mars by any chance?

Debadged the '120d'
Decided to finally debadge the 120d as it gave the car a more symmetrical look

Tailights
Also purchased new LED taillights, initially they were a smoked cherry red colour but were faulty so i just got standard red colour. They were from MARS performance, and they used my car for all the photo samples on their website. Also managed to take a nice shot of them when i went away

I notice you're in Melbourne, we should go for a drive sometime! All I ever see is Silver or Black E87's.
