Anyone got a NYC shop to remove the CDV?

Hi all,
I'm a dolt when it comes to working on cars.
I'd actually like to replace the CDV with the non restrictive one, rather than remove it.
Anyone know someone good, and reliable to to the job?

Buy it and take it to Matt@Cambertoe in Lynbrook. He is the n54 guru in the area.
