Does anyone know the process to removing the wiper arm itself? Im going through the process of repairing worn parts on the car and the arms have deep scratches all over them from ice revealing the metal underneath.

I think you just open the hood, and remove the screws on the wiper arms. You probably will need a small "puller" to remove the arm from the pivot shaft. The arm has splines and its sometimes hard to pull it off of the wiper linkage pivot/shaft.

I used Rain-X Expert Fit B20-2 available on Amazon or Walmart for $10 each. The connector fits directly without the included adapter, and they are the same low profile 'beam' style as OEM. The wipe is clean and quiet, but I do use Rain-X water repellent and change wipers yearly since I drive through many heavy storms down here in Florida.
