I'm on the "Marble Highway"

My SA just emailed me and it turns out I'm on the Marble Highway Ship MAH0163ASC heading into South Carolina. It makes sense now that my VIN hasn't come up on the w2global site, because I'm on a "K-Line" ship. I found the schedule for my ship and it's due in on Jan 28th

Thanks for the info... my SA just called me yesterday and said that my E90 is scheduled to reach SC on the 28th... I bet my car is on this ship as well. I was starting to get nervous, as I couldn't get the tracking info to work.

Is there any way using the K line website to verify that my car is really on this ship?

I haven't found it, the only cargo tracking they offer is for bulk containers. I'm still working on trying to track the ship itself.

what do you have coming?

I ordered a Mystic Blue, Black Leather, AL trim 330i with SP, PP, CWP, and Navigation from Kimberly Imports, in Davenport IA.

Car was ordered on 11/28, and should be delivered some time in early Feb.

So far the dealer experince has been good... what really won me over was that I live 90 miles from the dealership, and they will come to my house, pick up my car, and leave a loaner when I need service.

I may have been able to save a couple of hundred dollars by going somewhere else, but that level of services is worth it to me.

Very nice color/trim/interior combo.
that kind of service is worth the $.
I guess I'm lucky, I ordered mine December 15th.
I recieved a good deal too, but I didn't beat up the dealer on it, I want that kind of service also, and saving a few hundred isn't worth it down the road.
I will post any updates I have here. Still no luck tracking the ship.

Hey UnPossible - small world...I was just in Davenport on Monday and remember driving past Kimberly.

Are you guys headed to the SC Performance Center for delivery? My car completed production on the 16th and I was told it is headed to SC too, but I dont know if/when it set sail yet.

Any one know what the typical time it takes for the VPC to process a car and get it on the transport headed to a dealer?
