Sticker price was just under $44k new. This was one of the 1st N55 1ers to hit the US in late May of 2010. Lease was done through Jake Sweeney BMW of Cincinnati.

The cars condition is consistent with it's age, no accidents (ever), mechanical issues, or blemishes (other than a few rock chips and such from normal hwy driving). I have had it professionally detailed several times and will again before it's handed over.

In Service Date - 6/5/10
Base Payment - $533.31 per month + state tax if applicable.
Mileage allowed - 15,000 per year/appx. 45,000 total
Current mileage - 22,xxx
Miles left in lease - appx. 23,000
Lease term - 36 months
Months remaining - 18
Miles per month left - Appx. 1275 miles/month remaining
Security deposit - None
Transfer fee - $500

I put down a little over $3000 on this car and am not asking for anything up front other than the new lessee to pay the transfer fee to BMW directly. This insures for me that the person who wants to assume the lease is serious and will not fall through and I don't lose my money if you back out before the assumption is complete.

If one was inclined to buyout the car they would be looking at about $38,000 to do that (that is what it would cost to pay off the lease and Illinois taxes on that sale to me, to be able to make the sale to you... I'm not making a dime on that sale so please don't ask if it's negotiable). Edmunds TMV on the car in "clean" condition is just about the same as what I need to pay off the car.

Extra's staying with the car:
*35% Tints (3M)
*extra set of Grey Wood interior trim (originally on car)
*Tow mounted front license plate bracket
*Black Powdercoated 261M 18" OEM rims with OEM Runflat tires, lots of tread left.
*All weather front and rear interior floor mat set and trunk liner.

I can also include a set of Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires with lots of life left on them for a small additional price or for free if the lease is bought out.
