It is a RCI fuel cell. Actually it holds 4 gallons in a 9"x9" foot print and with the shape of the 1s trunk it takes up almost no cargo space.

Yes, the trunk had to be pretty heavily modified. The tank stands vertically in the trunk and mounts had to be fabbed and the carpet had to be cut.

4 gallons lasts me a pretty long time, about 2 months.

Just be sure to order the version with NO foam. Methanol will break down the foam used in most fuel cells and clog the system.

The tank i linked to is the version without foam. I just wanted to caution everyone from purchasing the more expensive foam filled cell.
