I purchased this track-focused 6spd 128i earlier this year and then had a local BMW specialist go through it thoroughly and address anything that needed attention. The majority of the maintenance/upgrades you see were from the previous owner. Below is everything that is done to it, along with known issues. Clean/clear title in my name.

Replaced guibo (driveshaft flex joint)

Stop tech slotted front rotors
DS 2500 Ferrodo Front Pads
Stoptech Sport Rear Pads
BMW 135i Master Cylinder
Coded in BMW Performance Brakes
BMW 528i rear calipers 44mm instead of 42 to adjust brake bias
Bimmerworld Stainless Brake Lines
Replaced rear solid lines and front to rear lines with Nickel Copper
Replaced ebrake shoes and assemblies

Drivetrain and Exhaust

Bmw 3 stage intake manifold (w. New Disa Valves)
StageFP Tune for 3SI intake and headers.
K and N drop in filter
Active Autowerkes Catless headers
Custom 3 inch exhaust with high flow cat and high flow resonator (has small crack near the cat, but passed track inspection)
Corsa Exhaust tip
JB Racing Lightweight Flywheel
New OEM Clutch
All fluids replaced with Redline
Limited Slip Diff with 3.64 gearing (built by DiffsOnline - 2 clutch)
Aluminum Skidplate from turner Motorsport

While the car certainly isn’t perfect, it does present well and is an absolute blast to drive. The only reason I’m selling it is because I snagged one of the last M2C in Hockenheim silver coming out of Germany.

Yeah. You’d never be able to build this car for under $25k. But alas, that’s how track builds go. The car is really fun to drive.

Yes, still available. Located in Minnesota. I can get it shipped anywhere in the country for $500 on open transport though.

Saw this locally on Craigslist. Can't believe it hasn't sold. People have the idea that they want to buy a stock car, do all the work themselves, spend all the time and triple the money, to end with the same thing. Anyhow - good luck! Enjoy the new M2C.

Yeah, I’ve had a lot of high schoolers emailing me about the car… then they realize they can’t get a loan for a 10 year old bmw.

Had the car out at a trackday in the rain today. Felt like Tokyo drift with this LSD. So much fun!
