Willing to bet it's full fiberglass body, with the frame and interior panel/welds totally stripped to bare minimum, lightweight suspension components, etc etc.

How do you replace the rear quarter panels with fiberglass though? They're integral to the frame. Would you just swap every other panel?

You can cut the superficial portion of the panel off and replace it.
