Front brake pad Bedding procedure

Hello all. I am looking to install my new front rotors and pads on my 135i I went with zimmermann rotors and pads. ( blank vented discs).

Can anyone explain to me the proper bedding procedure to make my brakes and pads last? I'm betting the ones on it now haven't been as they are warped very badly..

The write up procedure I found didn't go into great detail but I was curious if the brembo position calipers require any special tool? Or do the pads just twist in?

TIA

The sticky on brake pad replacement is for a 135i. It is above this thread in the long list of stickys.

I don't think there is any magic way to bed new pads with or without rotor replacement. You need to recognize your stopping distance will increase, however, and take it a little easy for a few hundred miles or so. I recently replaced my pads and they also made a little noise for a day or two.

I've always followed (more or less) what is on the Stoptech website.

I've tried numerous different bedding techniques always with the same results: They work just fine after a few miles. I cracked a rotor one time at the track and swapped on brand new pads and rotors in the paddock. I bedded them with 2-3 moderate-speed laps before hammering on them and it was perfection. Beat the crap out of them after that and never had an issue.
