OEM Performance wheel not disp temp
Hello everyone,
My OEM Performance wheel appears to not be displaying any temp or coolant status. The dash gauges are all functional, before I bring it to BMW I figured I would see what input you may have. See below image.

Remove the panel under the glove box on the passenger side. There is a small connecter that has two wires, one blue one red, which plugs into the FRM. Make sure it's plugged in all the way. This is where the steering wheel ECU recieves the CAN signals from the vehicle to display the temps. I had this problem a couple weeks ago. mine had loosened up on its own somehow.
Hope this helps! |
