Just bought a 13 M-Sport a couple weeks ago and I love it!!!

Wanted to introduce myself and be part of this group forum based app. Michael from AZ and I'm addicted to bmws as this is my 5th one now.

Here's results of a 10 hour detail Claybar 2 stage paint correction glaze and handwax. I'm exhausted but happy with the results!

Congrats. Every time I see coral red interior I think about trading my car in to buy a 1er with it.

Thanks everyone! I wasn't sure about the red leather at first but it's really grown on me now. If any of you are registered on maxbimmerforum.com find Sickfinga he has the production numbers from bmw for every car made for color combo. Turns out BSM on coral is rather rare...

Just to give an idea only 34 were built in 2013 my model yr BSM on Coral. Only 1 in Canada. From 2008 to 2013 only 241 BSM on coral. Throw in the DCT and M-Sport PKG the numbers drop staggeringly more low.

Welcome. Red & Black is a great combo. Nice work on the detail. I need to learn how to make the paint come out that good.

Future plans for the car are maintenance items such as spark plugs, DCT trans fluid change and gear oil drain and fill.

Cosmetics: Repaint front bumper, also eventually hood. Has it's fair share of rock-chips, full clea rbra on the hood and bumper.

Fun stuff: just going to go FBO and MHD tune

Aesthetics: plan to get BBS CHR wheels in gunmetal most likely stay 18s all around.

Upgrade the boring glacier interior trim to all carbon fiber, including paddle shift extenders.

Suede shiftboot and e brake and include M stitching. ( same goes for steering wheel )

All I can think of at the moment. In 6 months I'll be applying ceramic coating to entire car.

Thanks a lot! It was an intense amount of labor. Watch YouTube videos on detailing it will help a lot. Ask lots of questions too. Also pick yourself up a DA polisher.. it will pay for itself
