Breyton GTS-R Review
Hey guys,
I am getting these wheels and have heard a lot of BAD about them. Usually people who don't have a great experience post unlike the other way around. I want to hear some good things about these wheels. Just let me know what you think of them and your experience with them. Thanks! |

Was thinking about buying a set off of TireRack as well, the deal is insane! Ended up getting a set of Alf's instead ; but would love to hear how they do for you / others . Good luck with em!

I've had them since '09 - they are great wheels besides a light clicking sound they make on slow speed turns (sounds like a pebble stuck in a tire tread). Re-torquing the lugs helps for a little while but it returns soon after. Fortunately, it's not annoying enough to disown them IMHO.
The only real knock (and a minor one) I have against it is my wheel hanger pin tool (from BMS) can't be utilized when mounting/dismounting the wheel because its holes are slightly too small. |

Thanks for all the responses. I am picking them up on saturday. Pretty stoked about them. Why is the clicking sound present? That's a little odd that you have to retorque it to get it tightened back up, im assuming that's the reason. If anyone can chime in on this...

Could never figure out why. Before I discovered it was the wheel, the dealership tried to solve it during two separate visits and they couldn't find the source of the issue. They checked all components and even replaced the wheel bearing to rule that out.

Mounted the wheels over the weekend. I came out of the grocery store yesterday and a young guy is taking pictures of the wheels to send to his dad. Breyton wheels sure are an eye catcher.

Had my Hyper Silvers powder coated Speedway Grey about a month ago - they now match my calipers! Now I need to get some color in there!
