I have checked for leaks? All vacuum lines, all connections from the outlet to throttle body undid the charge pipe and bov put a new gasket for them and put it back on, changed boost solenoids. before all this my car was out of commission as I was doing all the maintenance. That is why I figured it might be the piping and how i put it all back on but havnt found anything yet.

I think it might be from the piping. Hearing air rush when I accelerate. but im still at a steady 7psi when target is 18.2.

Im hoping its just the piping. I had to make the Vrsf Upgraded outlets fit with the csf radiator so it might be that connection. It was a hard to fit and tighten area.
That's where my leak was from, outlet to intercooler. Make sure you have a good seal on those connections and use a v band clamp, the worm clamps suck.

So I've been looking around on the forums and one post mentioned that on the rear turbo when the downpipes sre installed the vclamp sometimes gets put on where the clamp is in the way of the wastegate actuator. So I checked under the car and sure enough it looks like my vclamp might be in the way of my waste gate actuator, it looked like it was at least so when I'm free tomorrow I'll get a pic of it and rotate the vclamp to where it is out of the way.

This is the picture that describes what the issue might be

While your under there check your inlets and outlets are still all connected and tight. I've followed a 30ff all over to new turbos. Then when I was taking apart my car to fit new turbos I found my rear inlet was just loose on the turbo.
Also of you have aftermarket inlets the boot in the middle likes to melt and does make a whooshing sound

N54 - Inlet on or off, there will never be a code either way. There's no sensor to tell the car which it is.

Outlet though ...

N55 - MAF car and you'll see a code. I don't know what it'd be though. Maybe something like a P008C or P115C.

Its an n54 it has a shadow 30FF but no active. When I take the downpipes off to adjust the vclamps ill check the connections of the inlets and outlets.

They were both changed out
For VRSF Relocated and VRSF Upgraded Outlets

Not seeing both banks for WGDC, perhaps i missed them. fuel/ign looks ok for the boost levels, cant see LP.

Does this happen if you flash stock? Did you ever reinstall the stock tmap? Do you have a JB4 hiding in your DME box? Some sort of weird load/boost limiter option checked?

Agree that it reeks of a leak but it would be pretty large to account for this issue and the one bank I can see WGDC for looks fine, could still be badly overspinning the other one though.

I don't have a stock boost pressure sensor as my old one was replaced as it was worn. would flashing to stage 0 work the same? How do I check if jb4 is installed? The boost set limit is on the data log showing 22psi as the limit.

I'd really flash back to stock and see if you can borrow a stock tmap.

JB4 would be in the DME box. White thing on the passenger side of the engine compartment under the cowl.

I got the tmap sensor in now, waiting for my new hood struts to come in first since my hood no longer stays up haha

Update
So That one picture i posted in earlier, the vclamp of the bank 2 turbo to downpipe was pinching the actuator arm inhibiting it from moving. Rotated the vclamp and now all of my boost is back!
