Total miles 93K. Two window regulators, left at 50K, right at 75K. I love this car!
Oh yeah - and a top because the rear window seal let go.

78,000 miles Basic maint., Coils, plugs, VVT sensor w/ valve cover gasket. That's basically it. Love the car, hoping it will be around as long as my old Rsx. |

'09 135i, curently at 113,000mi. Purchased used at 75k, fuel pump(s)/injectors once relplaced under waranty (can't find milage, done during previous ownership). AC blower & recharge and oil cooler gasket replaced out of warranty in between, thermostat failed at 108k mi. I replaced w/water pump at the same time. Currently "Reduced Power" light has come on a few times while loading engine at altitude (>5k' + wot or less, in 4th gear @ 2-2.5k RPM) without SES. Probably fuel pump(s)/injectors are the culprits. I can't remember what series injectors used for waranty replacement. As far as the HPFP, I do remember though, it was the "newest number" available at the time. I was about to do the valve cleaning but I'll wait until I have the "Reduced Power" issue solved.

Fairly certain that is normal since you do not have an oil-catch can.

08 135i - 57k miles as of today.
bought car with 55k miles on it and had a Crank position sensor go out within 1k of owning the car - probably a fluke, but oh well. replaced it myself and called it a day. |

Update: Now at 117k miles, the reduced engine light was due to cracked vacuum lines.

59,600 miles on my 08 135i now and up to this point it has only received basic maintenance (oil changes, tires, etc.). It has been nothing but a joy to drive. However, I noticed some fluid spots beneath the car and the mechatronic sealing sleeve failed, spilling transmission fluid onto the pavement. Service guy said the repair typically runs 750 but he did it for 560. Given what others have been quoted for this service on 1addicts, it seems like a good deal. Can't complain about the car though, it has been solid.

100K plus? Maybe a minimum of 20K/year for a minimum of 4 years. But with today's engineering is anything under 100K really considered high mileage?
