Time to sell, help me figure out asking price

Well, it is finally time to sell my 1er.

2012 135i, 6spd, black on black with (not a typo) just under 35,000km.

It is/was my summer track car so has required mods.
Whiteline subframe bushings
M3 front arms.
YCW (MFactory) coilovers

Everything else is stock. I even have the stock suspension bits if new owner wants to revert.

Car is in very good condition interior and exterior. No accidents.

I'm thinking of asking around $25,000 CDN.

I wonder if putting the stock suspension back on would open up a bigger buyer pool and increase chances of getting your asking price.
