***“Sold”.**
2008 "Year of the One" 128i coupe 233,000kms This is an enthusiast build of what has become a "Unicorn" - a nearly fully loaded 6 speed manual transmission 128i with a sports package. This is a highly sought after car due to its incredible balance, smooth and reliable engine, naturally aspirated throttle response and well weighted hydraulic steering. Car has been tastefully modified to improve driving dynamics and engine performance while preserving original ride quality and NVH/loudness. Car drives quiet and smooth like a dream and has been meticulously maintained by its loving owner. Full maintenance records across its life are available. Although it pains me to do this having been only the second owner since 2009 and having fond memories of it I have accumulated other cars since then and it no longer makes sense for me to hang on to it no matter how special it is to me. Factory Specs: 6 speed manual transmission Sapphire Grey Metallic (only available on 2008 year model, super rare!) Sport Package (including sport seats, 18" wheels) Premium Package Comfort Access Package (keyless door entry, car start, auto dimming mirrors) USB interface for power/music devices Performance add-ons: BMW Performance Brake kit 3-stage intake from the 330i MILVs engine upgrade (https://www.bimmermilvs.com/) - tool included StageFP custom tune (enables performance gains from 3 stage intake and MILVs, plus enables 93 octane gas benefits) Clutch delay valve removed (for smoother shifting) General add-ons: BMW all season floormats Custom dash sun reflector Winter wheels w/tires (17" Michelin X-Ice) Tunai Firefly bluetooth audio adapter (enables bluetooth audio streaming to stereo) Krown rust proofed nearly its entire life to prolong body, electrical components against harsh Ontario winters. **Note, air conditioning is currently not working on the car and likely requires repair. Car has previously been safetied, but requires it to be done so again. I have no concerns whatosever about its ability to pass safety (I still drive it daily). $8,500 |

That grey. Don't know how it looks in real life, but in pictures... Wow.

Great looking car.
Did you forget to list the mileage, or did I miss it? Odd that Canadian Sports Package cars did not get Shadowline trim. Nearly fully loaded but no leather. |

When I was shopping for my 128i, I found an M Sport coupe at a BMW dealership that had chrome window trim. When I asked the dealer about it, he said that it was a special order, that the couple - loyal repeat customers who traded it in - had specified an M Sport without the Shadowline trim and took delivery in Germany. So that one is probably 1 of 1. Last edited by parameter416; 06-08-2024 at 09:19 PM.. |

That's why I commented that it was odd not to have it in Canada. |

I have almost the exact same car w/o some of the performance mods. I imported mine from USA so 262 17 inch wheels.
Assume $8500 is USD? The Krown rust proofing has very much helped keep rust away; just look at the 6 upper strut mount nuts-they are pretty clean. This will be a great car for someone. HOWEVER, I don't give a rats ass about the back seat [I've seen tons of mint back seats in cars in the wrecking yard] but I do want to see the LEFT upper and lower drivers seat bolsters. Thanks, there is indeed some major wear lower driver seat bolster. I will take some more pictures of it when I return from business travel. I didn’t think of it til now.
