I have to agree with you on that one. Best riding performance tire I've ever felt. Made a huge improvement on my old E36 M3. Tried them on my 135 with my old wheels from my M3. I really liked them on this car too. When it came time for new tires for my 135 I bought PSS based on all the great reviews here. While I have no complaints about the PSS if I had to do it again I'd get the Extreme Contacts.

Just to add to this thread, I went from the p-zero RFT to Conti DW non-rft and love them. Of course, I had 3 flats within 2 months of the swap from RFT... unbelievable I know. Thank god I got the road hazard insurance, I was only out $60 for 3 new tires.

The P-zeros are pretty crappy tires

Really? 3 flats on brand new non-runflats? Are the roads there terrible or something? I've been on non-runflats for about 8 months on what I consider to be a range of average to very poor quality roads and haven't had any flats... oh god now I'll have one tomorrow.

I had Continental Extreme Kontacts on my RX-8 and they were great on that car. I just finished wearing out my stock RFTs though and ordered PSS in 225/40 x 255/35. Install Friday. Will give impressions next week.

It was just a big case of bad luck. 2 wks after getting them mounted I hit a trailer ramp on the PA Turnpike that had fallen off someone's truck into the left lane at rush hour. It blew out the 2 passenger side tires, but luckily no other damage. Had it towed back to the tire shop.

Then a couple weeks later I found a big screw right on the edge of the tread near the sidewall that was leaking air (drivers side rear). Too close to the sidewall to be repaired. I was able to drive it to the tire shop after adding air to it.

I've had the car for just over a year now and have had a flat on each tire location. I hit a pothole not long after buying the car and blew out my drivers side front. That was with the old RFTs. I was able to drive on the RFT for the 30 miles I had to go to complete my trip. It was the only day I liked having RFTs on the car.

I figure I'm good for a few years now.
