128i-130i Smooth Sailing

Not really sure what to call the post so just went for the direct approach, I am fairly familiar with the forums having first and currently a LCI e90 335xi, and more recently picking up a super cheap e82 6speed 128i.

I find the forums a place where people often come to complain, or diagnose their car issue with little to no backstory or information. So I just wanted to post how smoothly I was able to complete a S3IM upgrade with these great resources we have. Everything from what parts most often break when you pull off your stocker, what to clean/upgrade while you are in their. Right down to grabbing BMW tools off bimmerlabs and flashing the car to work with the Disa Valves FOR FREE ( I already had a INPA cable).

Such a great resource we have, hope there are times when you guys are happy with all the info available to us at our very fingertips. That's all, carry on social distancing.

There is truly so much good information that has accumulated on these boards over the years. I always assume it must be the same for all car forums, but in my experience the quality varies a lot, 1Addicts is among the best.

Do it, wakes the car up. Worth every penny and it doesn't even cost that many pennys.
