I just had the rear axle M3 mounts bushing(s) replaced in my 135i. It really transforms the way the car drives/rides for the better. Gone is that wiggle and rear axle movement. The car fells so much more planted and secure. Here is my writeup...

Dackel's replacement of rear suspension OE bushings with M3 ones…

Will the BMW Performance Suspension give me similar results as the options in the article? My 128i is still under warranty and this is my only option for now.

Lots of members really like the PS.

But you could go with other options too - and still keep your car's warranty. You just won't have a warranty on the suspension(parts). But everything else would still be covered under warranty. Ask your dealer and see what hey say before changing any parts.

this is something i just noticed since i replaced my stock suspension with the B12 kit. it was a little unnerving. it doesn't happen every bump, just certain bumps at certain speeds.

do the bushings help reduce that feeling?

Yes! It totally gets rid of that rear end "wiggle" movement. The RSB are really a MUST in my mind.

I wish I did have other options, but the dealer here on Guam is quite anal about their warranty service. If I add anything aftermarket they will void it

May have to come out and see what that's all about... At the Guam Raceway? Have not been there yet.

Yes, The Sella area has some awesome mountain passes in Italy. That's why "we" Euro 1Addicts keep going back every year.

Two weeks ago Artemis was in the Sella area... check out his awesome pics!!
