Triple beeps

I know this has been covered with the main answer of the triple beeps being the hourly alarm but mine seems to do it around 80kph and at some random other points.

No warning lamps, nothing. I don’t seem to have access to any hourly settings and I set “limit” to 280kph but still get this triple beep. I hear it when the car is at good running temperature and at cold temperature and both in hot/humid air temperature and about late teens to early 20s°c air temperature.

I never used to get it but when I changed to my spare key it started to make this noise.

Any other idea what this could be? I’m thinking it’s got to be some kind of setting as the spare key changed a load of settings which I thought I changed to my preferred settings.

2008 N54 135i, no mods.
