European Delivery
If one opts for them, are accessories such as the 18" Double Spoke 182 rims, Performance Exhaust System, etc. delivered with the car in a European Delivery situation, or must one wait till the car returns to the selling US dealer to have these items installed?

Yeah as far as 2008 was concerned, all the performance parts were dealer-installed options. Which means if you opt for European Delivery, those options wouldn't be added until the car reaches your local dealer. 2009 is likely the same, but check with your dealer to make sure this is still the case.
